Through thorough assessment and in-depth discussion among senior management and the heads of key departments, Optimax has identified the following six major categories of stakeholders: employees, customers, shareholders, government agencies, the community / society, and suppliers. Clearly identifying these stakeholders lays the foundation for more comprehensive and targeted communication strategies, ensuring effective interaction with each stakeholder group and supporting the company in achieving its sustainable development goals.
